About the opportunity

The Forum Secretariat is looking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Receptionist, based in Suva, Fiji.  

This role is to provide an efficient service-oriented “one-stop shop” for all internal and external customers of the Secretariat and also provides ongoing administrative support to the Human Resources team. Some key areas of responsibility will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Front Office Management;
  • HR Functions and Duties; and
  • HR Help Desk. 

Applicants should have a Certificate in Secretarial or Business Studies with previous experience as receptionist and HR functions and duties. Applicants with demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet applications and with the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing would be an advantage.

About the benefits

The appointment carries a competitive remuneration and benefits package including medical and life insurance. The salary will be in the range of FJD18,202 to FJD20,478 per annum.
